Although the fund's primary objective is to outperform the market, capital preservation is also important to the funds investment strategy.

Low-Income Housing
Century Pacific Housing Fund provides short term financing to the low-income housing industry. Based on their ability to fund high interest loans, the managers anticipate being able to provide investors with average annual returns between 9% and 15%. This is not a liquid investment.
For more than 20 years, the firm has specialized in the development of low income housing. However, at the present time, they believe that the ability to provide short-term, high-interest loans provides the greatest current opportunity for investors.
